Through innovation, partnerships and volunteerism, SCEF develops programmes that recognise education champions, support schools, promote digital learning, strengthen communities and inspire lifelong learning.

NESA-Africa identifies, verifies, recognises and celebrates the Enablers of Education for All across Africa and the African Diaspora through continental awards, nominee verification, education-impact profiles and strategic partnerships.

EduAid-Africa is SCEF's education development programme dedicated to expanding educational opportunity through:
- Scholarships
- Teacher development
- School support
- Educational webinars
- Digital learning
- Education partnerships

EduAid-Africa connects educators, students, donors, volunteers and institutions to create sustainable education solutions across Africa.
🏫 Rebuild My School Africa
Supporting the renovation, rehabilitation and development of schools and learning environments across Africa through partnerships, fundraising and community participation.
🌍 Afri-EduTourism
Connecting education, culture and tourism through school exchange programmes, educational tours, heritage learning, conferences and international collaboration.
📺 Santos Media Network
Supporting education awareness through:
- NESA TV
- Radio & Podcasts
- Digital storytelling
- Media campaigns
- Educational documentaries
- Social media engagement
About the Ambassador Programme
SCEF is establishing Country Chapters and Regional Networks across Africa and the African Diaspora.
We are seeking passionate leaders who will serve as official representatives of SCEF and help grow our education initiatives within their communities.
Ambassadors are volunteers who inspire people, build partnerships and coordinate programmes that create measurable education impact.
Available Positions
Country Ambassador
Lead SCEF programmes within your country.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish and coordinate the national chapter.
- Promote SCEF programmes.
- Build partnerships with schools, universities, NGOs, companies and government agencies.
- Recruit members and volunteers.
- Coordinate local projects and events.
- Identify Education Enablers for NESA-Africa.
- Support EduAid-Africa programmes.
- Submit monthly activity reports.
Regional Ambassador
Coordinate activities across one of SCEF's recognised regions.
Responsibilities include:
- Support Country Ambassadors.
- Develop regional partnerships.
- Coordinate regional campaigns.
- Share best practices across countries.
- Support fundraising and sponsorship initiatives.
- Monitor regional performance and impact.
Membership Leader
Grow and strengthen the SCEF community.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruit new members.
- Welcome and onboard members.
- Coordinate volunteer engagement.
- Promote chapter activities.
- Build an active community network.
- Encourage participation in SCEF programmes.
Regions
Regional Ambassador opportunities are available for:
Africa
- North Africa
- West Africa
- Central Africa
- East Africa
- Horn of Africa
- Southern Africa
- Sahel Region
- Indian Ocean Islands
Global
- African Diaspora
Country Ambassador opportunities are available for every African country and recognised African Diaspora community.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome individuals who are:
- Passionate about education and community development.
- Committed to volunteer service.
- Strong communicators and relationship builders.
- Educators, researchers, students, professionals, entrepreneurs, NGO leaders or community organisers.
- Interested in creating measurable education impact.
- Able to dedicate approximately 5–10 hours per week.
No previous ambassador experience is required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

- Virtual interview (where applicable).
- Reference and background verification.
- Appointment.
- Orientation and onboarding.
