Annual Open House 2026 - Volunteers Needed

Volunteer with BAGLY at our Annual Open House!

Join us as we celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month and 46 years of BAGLY’s commitment to Taking Care, Taking Agency, and Taking Action… and help make this special evening possible!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help create a welcoming, joyful, and memorable experience for everyone who attends. Your time and energy help make it possible for BAGLY to continue creating spaces where LGBTQ+ youth can find community and support.

What will volunteers do?

Volunteers will help us with various activities like signing guests in, serving food, setting up the space, breaking down the space and cleaning up.

What will volunteers need to bring or wear?

Whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident!

Open Shifts:

The Super Crew

Arrives before the event, helps us throughout the event with space cleaning, setup, food service, helps with breaking things down and wrapping up

The Experience Crew

Greet guests and encourage them to share their thoughts on BAGLY and how it has influenced their lives and have them record it on a guestbook phone. No experience required, but we do have a preference for an extroverted people person.
