350Vermont is currently seeking to expand our engaged and motivated working board!

We’re interested in hearing from anyone motivated by our mission to build a people-powered and people-led climate justice movement in Vermont and who passionately embraces the strong intersections between climate justice and social justice.

We would especially welcome those with experience and expertise in areas including fundraising, finance, legal, community organizing, human resources, business development or diversity, equity and inclusion. All prospective board members will also need to have the capacity to attend a two hour monthly meeting and serve on one of our board committees (estimated 5-10 hours/ month).

We are committed to growing a Board of Directors that reflects the diverse community that we serve. We offer a Frontline Stipend for those interested in joining the board who face economic barriers.
