Volunteer Minister (Officer)

BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

Responsibilities:

• Share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through BluShues' ministry activities.
• Support Bible distribution programmes and outreach initiatives.
• Pray with and encourage individuals seeking spiritual guidance.
• Assist in leading Bible studies, discipleship sessions, or ministry events where appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with volunteers, churches, and community members.
• Support follow up activities for individuals who receive Bibles or ministry resources.
• Represent BluShues with integrity and professionalism.
• Participate in volunteer training and ministry meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of ministry activities when required.
• Encourage unity and spiritual growth within the volunteer team.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Willing to learn and grow in ministry.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Previous ministry or volunteer experience is preferred but not required.
• Good knowledge of the Bible and Christian faith.
• Ability to communicate Biblical principles clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to minister respectfully to people from different backgrounds.
• Good organisational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are an advantage.
• Commitment to ongoing spiritual growth.
