What You'll Do
• Film programs, events, construction projects and community stories
• Record testimonials and interviews with participants, families and volunteers
• Capture before-and-after transformations and behind-the-scenes footage
• Edit content for fundraising, social media, documentaries, media outreach and public awareness
Who This Is For
Videographers, filmmakers, editors, documentary makers, content creators and film students with their own gear. Both shooters and editors are needed — editors can work remotely.
Time Commitment
Project and event based. Chicago area for filming; editing can be remote.
Why It Matters
A two-minute film has raised more money and moved more people than any brochure we have ever printed.

Voices of Variety (VOV) is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2007 by Jasen Brown. Our work is prevention. We create positive outlets — sports, music, the skilled trades, entrepreneurship, mentorship, adventure and community service — so that violence and crime never get their opening.
