We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dedicated Mental Health Resources Compiler to join our team. This vital role is responsible for researching, vetting, organizing, and maintaining a comprehensive internal document of high-quality mental health resources for our community/organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Collection: Proactively search and identify up-to-date, credible, and relevant mental health support resources (e.g., local therapists, national hotlines, support groups, educational materials, apps, etc.).
- Vetting and Quality Control: Critically review potential resources to ensure credibility, accessibility, and relevance. Confirm contact information, service areas, and operational status are accurate.
- Document Organization: Input, categorize, and maintain resources within a master document (e.g., shared spreadsheet or database), ensuring clear, consistent formatting and easy navigation.
- Regular Auditing: Conduct quarterly audits of existing resources to confirm all links and contact information are still active and correct, retiring outdated information as necessary.
- Categorization: Develop and maintain a logical tagging/categorization system (e.g., by service type, demographic served, cost, location, etc.) to optimize searchability.
