    Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dedicated Mental Health Resources Compiler to join our team. This vital role is responsible for researching, vetting, organizing, and maintaining a comprehensive internal document of high-quality mental health resources for our community/organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Resource Collection: Proactively search and identify up-to-date, credible, and relevant mental health support resources (e.g., local therapists, national hotlines, support groups, educational materials, apps, etc.).
    • Vetting and Quality Control: Critically review potential resources to ensure credibility, accessibility, and relevance. Confirm contact information, service areas, and operational status are accurate.
    • Document Organization: Input, categorize, and maintain resources within a master document (e.g., shared spreadsheet or database), ensuring clear, consistent formatting and easy navigation.
    • Regular Auditing: Conduct quarterly audits of existing resources to confirm all links and contact information are still active and correct, retiring outdated information as necessary.
    • Categorization: Develop and maintain a logical tagging/categorization system (e.g., by service type, demographic served, cost, location, etc.) to optimize searchability.

    What We're Looking For

    • Attention to Detail is Paramount: You must be meticulous and committed to data accuracy and consistency.
    • Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct effective and efficient online research using various search techniques and platforms.
    • Organizational Prowess: Excellent skills in using documentation tools
    • Commitment & Sensitivity: A genuine dedication to supporting mental wellness and an understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality required when handling this type of information.

What We're Looking For (Motivation Over Experience):

    • Motivation & Time Commitment: This is the most important part. You must have the time, drive, and enthusiasm to commit to a high-volume content schedule.
    • Platform Fluency: You're a native user of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You understand what goes viral and why.
    • Basic Technical Skills: You have access to a smartphone and know how to use basic in-app or simple editing tools (like CapCut) to add text, music, and graphics.
