Help Map Invasives in the Appleton Farms Great Pasture!

Appleton Farms is seeking a few individuals to help map the invasive multiflora rose in the Great Pasture. Volunteers will use a grid-based mapping system to record the presence and density of the roses. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in invasive species, plant identification, and biodiversity tracking.

Volunteers will also have the opportunity to assist with management of invasives on the property, including pruning and mowing the plants. Scheduling is flexible, with mapping likely happening over the course of a few days in the Spring of 2026.
