About the role
Lead the Volunteer Activation Team and help shape how volunteers join and contribute across Volt Europa.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and support the VA Team in collaboration with other Co-Lead.
- Coordinate volunteer onboarding across Europe.
- Oversee volunteer tracking tools and workflows.
- Improve recruitment processes.
- Report progress to the HR Co-Leads.
We're looking for someone who
- Has leadership or coordination experience.
- Is organized and proactive.
- Communicates confidently in English.
- Is comfortable with Google Workspace and remote collaboration tools.
- Is (or is willing to become) a Volt member.
Time commitment: Around 6 hours per week (fully remote and flexible).
