Developer (Software & Web)

WSPEC, a global non-profit, is accelerating the realization of a space elevator through targeted STEAM competitions. We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our technical team and build our digital infrastructure. You will collaborate with our current developer to build and maintain our website, and broader digital tools and platforms that support our global competitions and educational resources.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with our existing developer to manage and update the WSPEC website to ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Develop new features and landing pages to support upcoming competitions, campaigns, and announcements.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure the website accurately reflects our latest milestones and visual identity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize digital architecture for a seamless user experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for clean, functional design, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A genuine passion for space exploration, technology, and STEAM education.
