About Human Health Project (HHP)

Human Health Project is a global holistic health literacy charity building a Unified Patient Experience (UPE)—a platform and service model that helps patients navigate healthcare, improve health literacy, and access care, education, information and advocacy.

We are now launching a reimbursable care delivery model under Medi-Cal (CalAIM), Medicaid and Medicare, leveraging a trained volunteer workforce.

The Role

We are seeking a Data, Billing & Operations Lead to design and manage the operational engine behind reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Pear Suite workflows
• Build systems for:
  • Patient intake
  • Encounter logging
  • Billing submission
• Track:
  • Reimbursements
  • Service utilization
  • Program KPIs
• Develop reporting dashboards for:
  • Payers
  • Funders
  • Internal leadership

Ideal Background

• Healthcare operations / billing / analytics
• Experience with:
  • Medicaid / Medicare billing workflows
  • CRM or care platforms
• Strong systems thinker
