9/11 Remembrance Day Volunteer Opportunities
Descripción
Descripción
As we commemorate the 25th anniversary of September 11, the American Heart Association is proud to support 9/11 Day, the nation’s largest annual day of service and remembrance. Led by the nonprofit organization 9/11 Day, this federally recognized day invites people across the country to turn remembrance into positive action. Inspired by the theme “One Nation. United for Good.”, we invite individuals, families, companies, schools and community organizations to honor those impacted by 9/11 through meaningful service that strengthens communities and supports health and well-being.
Choose from flexible volunteer activities that make it easy for everyone to take meaningful action throughout September. Each free toolkit includes step-by-step guidance, resources and ideas to make participation simple and accessible.
Together, we can honor September 11 through service that strengthens communities, supports well-being and helps more people take action for health.
