nterprise for Equity (E4E) is seeking new board members who believe that everyone—regardless of income, background, race, or circumstance—deserves the chance to build a business, generate income, and shape their own economic future.

For 25 years, E4E has supported under-resourced entrepreneurs—many of them women, immigrants, veterans, people living in rural communities, and individuals navigating low to moderate income—through business training, coaching, and lending. Our alumni have created hundreds of local microbusinesses that strengthen our economy, build community wealth, and reduce economic precarity for families.

We are inviting a small number of committed leaders to join our Board of Directors and help guide this next phase of our work.

We’re looking for people who:

• Care about equity, dignity, and economic opportunity
• Believe in the power of small businesses to transform families and communities
• Bring skills in finance, law, marketing, HR, governance, or community leadership
• Want to support an organization with deep roots and ambitious goals

Board members help steward our mission, strengthen our strategy, open doors to new partnerships, and serve as ambassadors for people whose creativity and resilience often go unseen.
