nterprise for Equity (E4E) is seeking new board members who believe that everyone—regardless of income, background, race, or circumstance—deserves the chance to build a business, generate income, and shape their own economic future.
For 25 years, E4E has supported under-resourced entrepreneurs—many of them women, immigrants, veterans, people living in rural communities, and individuals navigating low to moderate income—through business training, coaching, and lending. Our alumni have created hundreds of local microbusinesses that strengthen our economy, build community wealth, and reduce economic precarity for families.
We are inviting a small number of committed leaders to join our Board of Directors and help guide this next phase of our work.
We’re looking for people who:
Board members help steward our mission, strengthen our strategy, open doors to new partnerships, and serve as ambassadors for people whose creativity and resilience often go unseen.
If you are passionate about building a more inclusive local economy—and want to be part of an organization that turns dreams into real, lasting change—we would love to talk with you.
Please email me and I can send you our digital board member application. Thank you, Beth
