Population Served: Military members and families. Focus on young, single-income and displaced junior military families. 7,762 non-repeating participants (69% E-5 or junior) were provided 26,926 units of service in 2016.
Impact Goals: Assisting service members and their families adapt to military life through no-cost/low-cost programs that:

· Enhance academic achievement
