Arizona State Director

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong administrative, supervising, and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in political campaigns, civic engagement, advocacy, nonprofits, public relations . Budgeting experience is also essential for this position.

Duties:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the companies Arizona Operations

- Develop and implement programs and services to meet the needs of our clients

- Supervise and provide guidance to staff members

- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, community partners, and funding sources

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals

- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar organization

- Strong knowledge of program management principles and practices

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in the behavioral health field

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
