Grandmothers for Reproductive Rights (GRR!) is seeking a collaborative and dynamic Executive Director to strengthen a small but growing nonprofit organization working intergenerationally to advance sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice on a rapidly increasing national scale.
We believe we are stronger when we are united across generations by our shared vision for abortion justice. The right candidate for this role will be excited to work closely with grandmothers and other elders, aiming to harness their extensive wisdom, insight, and knowledge for a broader movement that values intergenerational connections. Grandmothers for Reproductive Rights are committed to learning and growing alongside younger activists, evolving our shared understanding of our current moment.
GRR! works through education and advocacy to secure access to sexual & reproductive health, rights, and justice for present and future generations. GRR! envisions a world where all people have access to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care. We embrace a bold vision for a society where abortions are affordable, available, and supported for everyone who needs them.
We are grandmothers in the traditional sense, and also elders of all identities who are committed to “grandmothering” a more just society into being for present and future generations. To learn more about our mission, vision, and history, please visit grandmothersforreproductiverights.org.
