Internship in Germany (1-3 Months) in 2024

Would you like to intern at a community center AND visit Germany while immersing yourself into German culture, and the cultures of refugees and immigrants as well? Would you like to study German or Arabic while interning and living with a host family? If your answers are yes, then the internship in Germany program is for you.

The Internship in Germany Program is an ideal opportunity for those who wish to teach conversational English, as well as for those who are seeking to understand the refugee resettlement issues within Germany. It is also a special opportunity to learn and familiarize one’s self with the German and Arabic cultures while studying German or Arabic.

The Internship in Germany program will enable you to engage in a variety of educational and social activities organized by the Excellence Center in Europe, which is located in the city of Halle/Saale. This program is designed to give the intern practical experience teaching English, while at the same time fulfilling the Center’s mission in Halle, which is to bridge cultures and nationalities through language and the creation of community.
