THEATRICAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: ADMIN

Roundabout provides hands-on learning opportunities for aspiring arts professionals interested in theatre administration careers through full-time year long Fellowships.

We are proud to launch a new Administrative Fellowship program as an expansion of TWDP (Theatrical Workforce Development Program), which is a career development program that focuses on increasing access to careers in the arts and entertainment industry for New Yorkers. 

Fellowships are available in the following administrative departments: Artistic, Development, Education, Finance/Human Resources, Marketing, and Management. More information about each department's position and job requirements will be posted soon.

• Fellows receive an hourly rate of $16 for four months and then $16.50 for 9 months, and are eligible for health benefits. 
• Fellows receive monthly MTA cards and a housing stipend ($300 per month). 
• Additional opportunities for Fellows include weekly career-building seminars, participation in the inter-department mentorship program, networking opportunities across the arts administration industry, and an invitation to participate in Roundabout identity-based affinity groups, volunteer opportunities and events.
