Handle client intake, Federal court , NY State courts and adminstrative trial and appellate litigation. Focus on union representation, and employment discrimination litigation, as well as public interest litigation involving elections, environment, disability access, and not-for-profit law. Must have sufficient experience to draft pleadings, write briefs, argue in court, and interact intelligently with clients
