SUMMARY

UnidosUS seeks a Program Coordinator to support programmatic efforts across the Housing & Financial Empowerment programs department. Tasks will include program administration activities and logistics coordination for programs-related meetings and events.

UnidosUS Housing & Financial Empowerment seeks to transform the economic trajectory of Latinos through homeownership and financial empowerment. We do this by supporting a national network of housing counseling agencies and counselors that connect Latinos to financial supports through direct, virtual, housing and financial counseling services.

The position is based in Phoenix, AZ.

Salary: $46,952-$51,997

Essential Functions

  • Support the drafting, signing, payment processing, and archiving of subgrants and contracts.
  • Maintain tracker of timelines, deliverables, and payments to subgrantees and contractors.
  • Support the UnidosUS’s Phoenix field office by maintaining inventories of supplies and materials.
  • Establish and maintain e-filing systems. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records on OneDrive/SharePoint.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining an annual schedule of program-related activities.
  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics (e.g., venue, catering, materials) for both in-person and virtual events and meetings.
  • Draft and edit presentations, correspondence, memos, reports, and emails.
  • Support dissemination of Housing & Financial Empowerment programs information, announcements, materials, and tools.
  • Support with enrolling new users and uploading program documents to QuickBase, SharePoint, and other databases, as well as helping to address any issues and concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School degree.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in the non-profit or community development field.
  • Intermediate level expertise in MS 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Zoom.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Latino community.

  • Occasionally required to lift/push light weights up to 25 pounds.
