JOB SUMMARY:

 

The Data Warehouse Data Analysis Manager will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data warehouse data to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing analytical projects, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and relevant analyses to support organizational goals. This position will serve as project manager for the rollout of the National Data Warehouse and serve as main point of contact once rollout has been completed.

Fosters a collaborative and high-performance team culture to ensure effective communication and productivity.

 

Oversees the analysis of large and complex datasets stored in the data warehouse.

 

Extracts meaningful insights and trends to support business decision-making and strategic planning.

 

Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and expectations.

 

Designs and develops reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators.

 

Works closely with data engineers to optimize queries and data retrieval processes for improved performance.

 

Ensures data quality and integrity in analytical outputs.

 

Utilizes data visualization tools to create compelling and easy-to-understand visual representations of analytical findings.

 

Presents findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

 

Collaborates with business users to understand their analytical needs and provide insights that drive informed decision-making.

 

Acts as a liaison between the data analysis team and other departments within the organization.

 

Manages analytical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

 

Prioritizes and allocates resources based on project requirements and deadlines.

 

Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis.

 

Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the data analysis function.

Leverages knowledge of the business to develop business intelligence solutions.

 

Independently and proactively provide consultative analytical support for business partners across Client Experience, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations as it relates to existing and potentially new deliverables.

 

Leads presentations on analytical findings when necessary, providing data-driven business insight to enable important business decision making processes.

 

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Oversees the National Data Warehouse project, coordinating with external vendors, managing territorial responsibilities, and engaging with other internal stakeholders as the primary liaison.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience as data analysis manager or related roles. OR Associate’s Degree in related field and 7+ years of experience as data analysis manager or related roles. 10+ years of experience within the data analysis field can be substituted for education requirement.

 

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

 

A valid driver’s license.

 

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 

Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.

 

Exhibits enthusiasm and tenacity to carry out difficult tasks to the completion.

 

Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills with all levels of leadership.

 

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes/systems and cloud-based applications, data, including data warehouse and BI solutions (specifically PowerBI and/or Tableau), experience with SQL programming.

 

Demonstrates expertise in establishing methodologies and implementing structured ways of analyzing business problems.

 

Demonstrates ability to understand current state business processes and work with business to design efficient and effective business processes specifically focused on development and finance.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Analytical thinker with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

 

Self-motivated, quick learner and ability to lead initiatives involving analytics, Financial Systems, CRM systems and development processes.

 

Strong mentoring and coaching aptitude; listens effectively, demonstrates empathy towards individual concerns and drives conflict resolution; promotes a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.

 

 

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

 

Ability to meet attendance requirements.

 

Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate the English language.

 

Demonstrated research and analytical skills.

 

Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.

 

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.

 

Duties are usually performed seated.  Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.


WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

Work is performed in a typical office environment.  Full-time position; may require some weekend and evening work.
