Position Summary
As a head of the Outreach Team, the Outreach Director will grow, organize, engage, and mobilize the campaign’s broad and diverse coalition to defeat I-2117. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and implement electoral stakeholder outreach strategies and will have experience managing a diverse team of staff and volunteers. The position will require strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. The candidate will be committed to building a strong coalition of committed supporters in a fast-paced environment and able to handle a heavy workload. Experience in climate advocacy and an established network with community organizations within WA State is preferred but not required. The Outreach Director will report to the Campaign Manager.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $6,000 to $8,000 per month
