Trauma Engaged Schools Coach

The Association of Alaska School Boards is looking for a part-time Trauma-engaged Schools Coach to support trauma-engaged coaching and training with schools across Alaska. The Trauma-engaged Coach will work closely with AASB’s trauma-engaged team to support school district staff virtually and in-person to build their trauma-engaged practices. This position will spend significant time supporting staff to achieve their own trauma-informed practice goals, offering one-on-one coaching, and sharing of tools and resources with a range of school personnel. A successful applicant will have experience in Alaska and experience working on building relationship-centered, trauma-informed, or restorative schools.
