We are looking for someone who is fluent in various operations technologies and best practices to ensure organizational efficiency and impact. About Dharma Gates
Dharma Gates is a growing meditation non-profit that works to open pathways into Buddhist practice for young adults. We pride ourselves in creating a caring work environment where all employees have the opportunity to deepen their own personal practice through retreats throughout the year. We are not associated with any particular Buddhist lineage, but support ecumenical dialogue across the various living practice lineages within the Buddhist tradition. Our primary activities are organizing in-person, donation-based meditation retreats for young people (ages 18-35) and offering a variety of online offerings to support emerging practitioners to build a meaningful relationship to Buddhism. A fully remote team, we enjoy a rewarding balance of autonomy and collaboration. For this role, attendance at some in-person retreats over the course of the year is optional. Dharma Gates is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN: 84-4831330
