About the Position:

The WREN team is excited to hire a dynamic Digital Fundraising Manager to lead and manage digital fundraising and donor engagement initiatives for our organization. In this role, you will join a team ready to tackle any challenge head on and be directly responsible for developing and executing effective strategies across various digital channels to acquire, renew, and retain supporters, ultimately driving financial contributions and increase advocacy efforts to our cause.

We’re collaborators, and so we’re also looking for a candidate that is eager to contribute to achieving the annual fundraising goals by assisting with the execution of in-person fundraising events and donor related engagement events.

This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and ad an annual salary of $65,000.

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about staying current on the latest online fundraising trends and best practices.

• Adept at leveraging digital channels to drive fundraising success.

• Experienced in multi-channel campaign planning and implementation, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.

• A self-starter with a proactive approach.

• Proficient in website optimization, SEO, and user experience design, with experience using online tools such as WordPress.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of additional work experience, with at least four years in direct response fundraising or a related field.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing digital fundraising strategies, with proficiency in building and maintaining donation forms and interpreting audience analytics.

• Experience with Blackbaud’s Raiser's Edge preferred, along with proficiency in Photoshop and web design.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance monitoring and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

• Ability to manage and optimize ads across various platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

• Proficient in social media management tools and engaging copywriting/editing skills for email, social, and digital ads.

• Intermediate design skills for creating compelling visual content using tools like Canva and Photoshop.

• Extensive experience with project and budget management, audience segmentation, and market analysis in a nonprofit or similar revenue-generating environment.

• Genuine passion for fighting for gender justice and making a meaningful impact in the lives of South Carolinians.
