Job Title: Project and Fundraising Manager

Location: Remote (US-based)

Our mission is to ensure all patients have access to safe and effective infusion treatments for their healthcare needs. We work collaboratively with healthcare providers, policymakers, and industry partners to advance our mission and improve patient outcomes.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project and Fundraising Manager to join our team. The Project and Fundraising Manager will play a critical role in assisting in fundraising efforts and managing projects aimed at advancing the mission of the Infusion Access Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare advocacy, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of supporting organizational fundraising goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Executive Director to develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the mission and goals of the Infusion Access Foundation.
  • Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other potential funding sources.
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to raise awareness and generate financial support.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to set fundraising goals and priorities.
  • Manage donor relationships, including stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation activities.
  • Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and other fundraising materials.
  • Track and report on fundraising activities, progress towards goals, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and evaluation efforts to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fundraising and project activities into overall organizational strategy.
  • Stay informed about developments in healthcare policy, infusion therapy, and related areas to inform fundraising and project activities.
  • Represent the Infusion Access Foundation at meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, project management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising, including securing grants, sponsorships, and individual donations.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, staff, and board members.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policy, advocacy, and/or infusion therapy is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the Infusion Access Foundation.
