We are dedicated to promoting the dignity and wellbeing of caregivers through leadership development, education, and material support such as food, housing, and healthcare. URC works in partnership with UDW/AFSCME Local 3930 on multiple projects and serves all home care and family child care providers regardless of union affiliation.  This organizing program is independent of UDW. As an Organizer at URC, you will have the opportunity to support workers to drive change and create lasting social impact. For more information about URC, please visit our website at www.udwresourcecenter.org.
