Description

Join our dynamic team in the role as a Victim Advocate, where you'll collaborate closely with our outreach team and dedicated case managers. Together, we'll provide unwavering support to victims directly impacted by violence or its aftermath. As a Victim Advocate, you'll serve as a beacon of expertise, leveraging your network within community-based organizations to tailor resources and services to the unique needs of each individual.

In partnership with the Resilience Case Manager Supervisor and our compassionate team, you'll offer timely crisis intervention and advocacy, guiding your assigned participants towards resilience and empowerment within their communities. Whether it's making referrals, coordinating external resources, or championing their cause within our agency, you'll be their unwavering advocate every step of the way.

As a Victim Advocate, you'll not only provide immediate assistance but also serve as a model for lifelong skills, laying the foundation for their journey to becoming active, productive members of society. Join us and make a lasting impact as we stand with victims, every step of the way.
