We believe out-of-school time programming (i.e., before school, after school, and during the summer) can play a major role in that.  For more than two decades, IAN has been committed to out-of-school time (OST) organizations through supports and resources that promote continuous quality improvement of programs, increasing families’ access to OST programming, and advocacy that help to shape the environments in which OST providers serve.

A critical part of the IAN team, the Director of Development is responsible for building a resource development strategy that results in both funding to support the organization’s capacity to serve Indiana’s OST field and projects/initiatives aimed at strengthening and promoting the sustainability of the OST field.  Working with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Director of Development establishes aggressive goals, designs and implements engagement strategies, supports team and board engagement in development efforts, and measures impact.
