Brief Overview
We are seeking a CVI Capacity Building Senior Manager for the Massachusetts Community Violence Intervention Capacity Building Initiative (MCVI-CBI) to provide violence prevention and intervention technical assistance to five violence prevention grantees across Massachusetts. Senior Manager candidates must be based in or willing to move to Massachusetts and have experience in community violence intervention work.
Position Description
The Senior Manager of CVI Capacity Building will provide violence prevention and intervention technical assistance to five violence prevention grantees across Massachusetts. The Senior Manager will develop and implement training for MCVI-CBI in collaboration with HRiA staff and sit on the project’s implementation team. They will provide significant project management expertise in a fast-paced, high-intensity, high-visibility context to ensure the effective, efficient, and timely project implementation. The Senior Manager must have significant experience and skills in violence intervention and response. Applicants with experience in both frontline work and training and capacity building will be prioritized.
The TTA Senior Manager :
This is an exempt, full-time position with a salary range of 80K-90K based on skills and experience. The TTA Senior Manager will work a hybrid schedule and will work regularly in the Boston, MA office (requiring up to 3 days in the office per week), as well as remotely as appropriate to the role and as discussed with and approved by their supervisor. This position will require local travel around Massachusetts. A valis driver's license is required and access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
