Residential Services Coordinator

Elmhurst Inc is seeking an organized, experienced and enthusiastic Residential Services Coordinator (RSC) to lead the team of Residential Managers and DSPs. This role will be the center point of communication and will manage the day to day operations and staff at six residential care homes in the Bath/Topsham/Wiscasset/Woolwich area.

The RSC will be the leader of the residential services team (RST) and laisse between RST and the Executive Team. The RSC must have sound judgement, clear communication and great problem solving skills along with a positive attitude. Must be able to manage various locations, projects and personalities to make sure our members are fully supported and provided quality care 24/7. The RSC will be in communication with staff outside of “normal” business hours and locate/provide emergency coverage as needed. The RSC will be onsite/traveling to all home locations throughout the week.

Some supervisory experience in human services / residential care required. Must be comfortable doing annual performance reviews and providing both positive and negative feedback to staff in a timely and constructive manner. The RSC must “lead by example” with their professionalism to staff and members. Other requirements include passing a background check, clean driving record, current drivers license and valid insurance.
