Lilith Fund operates a direct assistance hotline—providing funding for reproductive health care services in Texas and abortion care in states where abortion is legal. Lilith Fund offers a client engagement program, providing leadership development, emotional support, and resource connection to clients, as well as facilitating organizing and advocacy efforts around the state.

  • Work with Executive Director to hone human resource policies and protocols; oversee implementation of systems and protocols to facilitate optimal organizational, team, and staff development, performance, and sustainability
  • Work closely with the Executive Director, key staff, and the board of directors to determine key program and operational budgets for the organization
