Point Foundation (Point) is searching for a dedicated and data-driven Development Manager, Digital Fundraising to join our vibrant team. As the Development Manager, Digital Fundraising, you'll be at the forefront of our online fundraising efforts, turning clicks into critical resources for the LGBTQ community helping advance the way we connect with our supporters.

- CRM and email marketing platform expertise (Raiser's Edge, HubSpot, MailChimp, Fundraise Up, etc.)

- Strong communication, organization, and people skills.

- A passion for the LGBTQ community and social issues.

Position Overview for Development Manager, Digital Fundraising

In this new role, the Development Manager, Digital Fundraising, will report to the Senior Director of Development, and provide critical insight and support for development activities with attention dedicated to maximizing income, supporter recruitment, and retention. Main areas of responsibility include oversight of how our CRM and fundraising platforms interact with one another, converting generated social media leads to donations, and optimizing digital channel communications, including email fundraising appeals, search, paid ads, and social.

As part of this effort, the Development Manager will also work on all areas of the digital strategy including planning and implementation deliver a coherent and consistent package of expert support across the different fundraising areas.
