What You Will Do:

As the Marketing Manager, you will support sales of all NatureBridge programs with a goal of ~$15.5m in earned revenue in fiscal year 2025. You will assist the Director of Communications and Marketing and National Director of Sales with developing an annual marketing plan and hold primary responsibility for executing the marketing plan.

This position is fully remote.

Your primary job will be to:

Build and refine the NatureBridge marketing strategy in collaboration with Director of Communications and Marketing and National Director of Sales

  • Evaluate existing marketing strategies, identify best practices, and integrate into an organization-wide strategy and marketing plan.
  • Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns, which will effectively utilize outreach tactics such as email, social media, website, press and media, events, direct mail, and other emerging platforms.
  • Track and adaptively manage the marketing budget to address emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Design metrics to assess marketing strategies and campaigns for reach and ROI.
  • Maintain data integrity through accurate and consistent data management in marketing platforms including Salesforce/CRM, email marketing platform, social media, website analytics, etc.
  • Manage campaign creation in Salesforce and tracking of the return on marketing investment.
  • Developing lead and contact engagement through targeted emails in the SalesforceCRM application.

Oversee the design and production of NatureBridge electronic and print marketing collateral

  • Lead the NatureBridge creative services process for all sales-related marketing materials in collaboration with the Communications and Sales teams. 
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to inform social media, email, web, and emerging digital strategies.
  • Create sales-related web pages, email, and social media content in partnership with sales and communications staff.


Compensation:

  • $28.75-33.50/Hourly

Who You Are:

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Well-organized and self-directed with knowledge in all areas of sales and marketing.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; flexibility and excellent time management skills.
  • Relentless attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and consistent dedication to deadlines and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with analytics tracking and analysis. 
  • Ability to work creatively with limited resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with experience adhering to a style guide.
  • A high level of proficiency with Google Suite applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool preferred 
  • Experience and familiarity with:
  • Google Ads and web marketing.
  • Website content management systems.
  • Using major social media platforms as a marketing tool.
  • Printing processes including press checks and digital print production.
  • Permission-based email marketing campaign execution.
  • Video production software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or iMovie).
  • Adobe Creative Suite
