CCH does its work in accordance with its organizational values – collaboration,

·      Supervision: Mentor and supervise

another staff person, who will also be working on advocacy and data analysis, ensuring

alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

·       Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and external partners to achieve

policy goals. Work in

collaboration with all CCH departments and external partners. CCH believes

strongly in interdepartmental collaboration and expects all staff to work in

close partnership with the other departments at the organization.
