Description

The National Program Coordinator will perform strategic and logistical duties required for the effective implementation, oversight, documentation and reporting of the digital education initiative in the communities across the country.

About AT&T Digital Education Initiative

The AT&T Digital Education initiative aims to increase the number of Hispanic students and families that are aware of, and educated on, digital literacy resources through the AT&T Connected Learning platform.  LNESC will host in-person and virtual workshop sessions throughout the network of 16 service centers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. 

Duties and Responsibilities

The position will begin in May 2024 and conclude in April 2025. Duties include the following:

  • Logistical: Facilitates the planning and scheduling of the workshops in cooperation with Directors at national field centers;
  • Administrative: Oversees the collection of participant enrollment data, supporting documentation, surveys and other administrative requirements. Collects photos, testimonials and relevant marketing materials.
  • Communications: Coordinates meetings and communications between the funder, LNESC Directors and the LNESC National Office. Provides timely updates, as requested
  • Ensure the presence of measurable outcome methods with surveys, testimonials, video, pictures, attendance reports, social media outreach and analytics, and other relevant data
  • Reporting:  Prepares regular reports on the program. Produces final program assessments based on collected data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the LNESC National Office.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum to have a high school diploma or GED.
  • College student working on a degree program with an interest in education, social work, or communications.
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational skills with time constraints and varied workload
  • Must be knowledgeable about efficient office practices and procedures, including virtual meetings.    
  • Strong computer skills: Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Social Media.
  • Attention to detail, resourceful, and takes initiative.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and critical reading skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess culture competency as it relates to the Latino community.
  • College Junior/Senior or Graduate student.
  • Available to work 20 - 25 hours a week.
