Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in the role of leading the financial operations of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., a National Non-Profit. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the achievement of our mission by providing financial leadership and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Status: Full Time Salaried                                     FLSA Classification: Exempt      

Summary of Position:  The Chief financial Officer will be responsible for budget development, fiscal oversight, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and developing efficient fiscal operations and procedures. Other responsibilities include providing leadership and training for direct reports, offering strategic recommendations, creating financial forecasting process, advising on long-term financial planning, and collaborating with other department heads for consistent reporting of budgets.

Qualifications/Requirements:  Master’s Degree in Accounting or related Field.

• Certified Public Accountant Certification

• Ten years of Financial Analysis and C-Suite Communication Experience

• Must be proficient in MS 365 Suite and Cloud-Based Financial Software. 

• Must possess strong organizational, leadership, supervisory, and communication skills. 

Position is hybrid schedule between remote and in the office, located in Harrisburg, PA
