We are currently seeking a Vice President of Homeless and Veteran Services to lead our innovative and impactful programs. Role Overview

As the Vice President, you will:

• Lead and Innovate: Drive the strategic vision and direction for our Homeless and Veteran services, ensuring our programs deliver exceptional, person-centered care.
• Manage and Mentor: Provide clinical, operational, and fiscal leadership to a diverse team, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
• Analyze and Adapt: Utilize data to enhance service delivery, establish measurable goals, and implement robust accountability systems.
• Engage and Advocate: Build strong relationships with funders, community partners, and regulatory bodies, and actively participate in advocacy efforts to promote our mission.

What You Will Bring:

Experience:

• At least 10 years in managing nonprofit programs, with a deep understanding of social services, homeless services, and human resources administration. Experience in senior administrative roles and financial management of multiple programs is essential.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in human services or a related discipline. Clinical licensure (LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW) required.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with high attention to detail.
• Experience with DHS funding
• Strong clinical experience coupled with operational experience
• Experience managing 10+ programs
