Strong 365 is a mental health resource & support community for teens and young adults. Through online education, 24/7 peer support & connection to specialized care across the U.S., our goal is to shorten the path to quality mental health support for young people.

We believe that all Americans should have access to earlier, empowering, and personalized treatment and support.

We are founded and advised by a group of passionate leaders whose lives have been touched in some way by mental health experiences. Our vision is for every young person in America facing a mental health challenge to live the life they want to live.
