Center for Urban Redevelopment Excellence

The Center for Urban Redevelopment Excellence at the University of Pennsylvania brings new leaders into the field of urban redevelopment. The Center accelerates the development of young professionals with the capacity to work at large scale to improve the social and physical environments for low income households. We recruit and place fellows in project management jobs with top redevelopment organizations nationwide, and overlay cross-disciplinary training, exposure to innovative practice and national network-building opportunities. Fellows emerge from the program able to use their experiences and insights as effective urban redevelopment entrepreneurs.
