Bonobo Media Peace Project

Bonobo Media Peace Project is social entrepreneurship (non-for-profit status pending) organized to raise awareness of, and provide financial, educational and other forms of support for the Bonobo chimpanzee, a near-extinct matrilineal, peace-centered primate dwelling in the Congo. Bonobo Media Peace Project is dedicated to fostering the awareness of, and development of, peaceful alternatives to political and other forms of global and community aggression through the use of media, art, film, poetry and literature, cultural dialogue, global female empowerment, sex positivity, sustainable and intentional communities. BMPP seeks to “brand” the Bonobo as a symbol of global peace.
