Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity

Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity builds strength, stability, and self-reliance in the City of Frederickburg as well as the counties of King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. Partnering with volunteers and supporters, Habitat offers affordable home loan options for residents in need of a safe, stable, and decent home.

Habitat also operates a ReStore location at 2378 Plank Rd. in Fredericksburg. This is a great resource for purchasing affordable home goods and building materials, and to donate excess supplies.

The area has a large number of families in need, so we try to keep our building costs low by using contributions, donated materials and volunteer labor. Donations come from individuals, churches, local businesses and corporations. Our volunteers come from every walk of life, faith, and background.
