Grasstops, Inc. is a multi-service advocacy organization providing lobbying, consulting, training and research services. Our mission is "Ensuring All Voices Are Heard" and our goal is to increase the ability of nonprofit and community groups to impact public policy, allowing these vital groups to be proactive in the political process.

The work done by nonprofit and community organizations is vital to a healthy community. When public policies adversely affect the work done by human service organizations, the impact is not only felt by the organization's constituents, but by Minnesota's larger population as well. Therefore it is imperative that Minnesota's nonprofit and community organizations have open, flowing relationships with policy makers. Unfortunately, these relationships are often hindered by small budgets, overwhelming workloads, fear of the legal implications around lobbying and maintaining a tax-exempt status, and simply not knowing where to start. Grasstops is designed to assist nonprofits and community groups overcome these barriers.
