National Teen Leadership Program

The National Teen Leadership Program is committed to creating positive environments that empower, inspire and educate all teens to discover and maximize their unique leadership potential and embrace the diversity and equal value of everyone. For 28 years we have been striving to provide the very best leadership and diversity training to teens in 7th to 12th grade. Our curriculum stems from the 5 Social and Emotional Competencies which are Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Relationship Skills, Responsible Decision Making, and Social-Awareness. We not only strive to provide the very best leadership and SEL skills training, but we commit to creating a safe space where teens can learn new concepts, be vulnerable, ask questions without judgement, embrace diversity and connect with their peers! We are here to support teens and encourage our youth to always speak loud and proud. We see you, we value you, and the world needs you!
