About Us
Worldshare is an international NGO based in Seoul, South Korea and was granted special consultative status from UN ECOSOC (Economic and Social Council) as of April 27, 2017. It has worked in more than 20 countries in three continents since 2004 and expanding its work rapidly. Worldshare works for those who are in extreme poverty and those who suffer from severe natural disasters. Its main projects are Group-home (a foster care with a full-time staying supervisor called 'mom'), drinking-water-project by creating a well, medical care and education.
We hire long term volunteers (at least one year term with generous stipend) year around to different country offices. The duties vary depending on each office's needs such as admin work, teaching, supporting the country director and more.
