About Us
SEEDS-TOGO is an independent organization whose orientation is to work for the education and inspiration of young people and adults in todays global environment.
Our main areas of intervention are: Education, Gender equality,Responsible Tourism and entrepreneurship.
Since 2011, SEEDS‐TOGO reached more than 1500 youths by working with over 7 local schools, 7 rural communities and has received the authorization from several ministries such as the Ministry of Health, The ministry of primary Education to pursue its programs.
Currently supporting 3 local schools this academic (2015‐2017) in the following areas :
• Supporting Class Teachers.
• Promoting global citizenship
• Sensitizing on HIV AIDS/ Girl Emancipation / Gender equality
• Creating safe outdoor activities
• Fundraising to build toilets, a clean canteen, and water drill to have access to
clean water.
Two great aspects the country is working on is inclusive education, which promoteseducation for children with disabilities.
Seeds‐Togo is involved as community organization for sensitization and is asked to promote the concepts within its various education programs.
This volunteer placement is currently for our office in Lomé with some field trips about 50km outside the city.
