Charlotte Habitat for Humanity ReStore

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity's Charlotte (NC) affiliate; we sell new and gently used furniture, household goods and home improvement supplies, all of which are donated, and the proceeds from the ReStore are used to fund the building of new Habitat for Humanity homes in the Charlotte area. The mission of Habitat for Humanity is to eradicate substandard housing- we want to see every person in a decent, quality, affordable home. The ReStore funded the building of 9 new houses in 2007, and we hope to keep that number growing. Volunteer contributions at the ReStore will directly affect the quality of the lives of families in our community.
