Description

What we need:

Be among the first to greet our guests with a cheerful smile as you welcome them to the largest, most immersive fish and wildlife attraction in the world. Assist guests by providing genuine Ozarks hospitality and legendary service as you help them locate needed facilities and amenities as you engage them in conversation to build excitement for the adventure that awaits just around the corner!

What you may do:

Wayfinders will be stationed at the entrance and throughout the Aquarium or Wildlife Galleries to welcome, direct and engage visitors to different galleries and amenities, provide information on any special events or activities, and generally make the start of their visit easy and exciting. Wayfinders help ensure that everyone has a unique Ozarks experience.

  • Welcome guests as they enter the Aquarium or Galleries & thank them for coming
  • Direct guests to their favorite animals and other important areas of the Aquarium or Wildlife Galleries (e.g., restrooms, concession stands, gift shop)
  • Assist guests with information to make their experience world-class.
  • Opportunities to assist with special events and related activities
