Description

Description:

Atlas Assistance Dogs(R) (Atlas) is looking for a few key people to expand our board.

We are looking for someone with experience guiding fund development efforts (donor cultivation, fundraising planning, ongoing strategy, etc.) to help us take our organization to the next level.

Our organization is in its 8th year and at an exciting time to join. We are stable with mature programs and are working on building out long term fund-development, governance, outreach and marketing strategies that will carry us for years to come. This is a great point to have significant influence. Ours is largely a working board, and we are looking for people who want to be involved and make an impact. Location does not matter; we have people across the US.

Passion and interest about the service dog and/or disability community is strongly appreciated. We welcome and encourage anyone with a disability to join our team!

This role is crucial to our ongoing sustainability. Please let us know if you have experience and are interested.

Applicants should be based in the US, but may be in any US location.

Atlas Assistance Dogs is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit working to ensure access to assistance dogs for anyone who would benefit from them by bringing qualify training and certification to the individual wishing to be part of training their own dog.
